Abstract
In Indonesia, the confluence of two types of transportation infrastructure, namely roads and railroads, has been operated semi-automatically using railroad crossing gates. Although it has been operated semi-automatically, this crossing is very influential on highway crossings because it is in accordance with Law No.23 of 2007 article 124 concerning railways and Law No.22 of 2009 article 114 regarding road traffic and transportation. Road users must prioritize rail travel. On the Jalan Taman Makam Pahlawan Taruna Kota Tangerang there was a traffic jam caused by the closing of the railroad gates and roadside activities such as public transportation that stopped at the side of the road which caused a decrease in road performance. This study aims to determine whether the approach using the shockwave method can be used to analyze queue lengths and delays at the intersection of a plot with a railroad crossing. The research method was carried out to collect and analyze primary and secondary data, the results of the analysis obtained that the highest level of road service was obtained on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 17:00 - 18:00 which resulted in a degree of saturation of 1.4896 smp/hour so that the level of service in condition F, which indicates unstable / stuck and jammed current conditions From the results of the analysis obtained a mathematical relationship between volume, speed and density, the coefficient value of the greenshield method (R^2) = 0.971. The longest closing of the railroad gates with a closing duration of 275.4 seconds and a queue length of (QM) = 516.57 meters and the delay obtained on the Jalan Cemetery of the Taruna Heroes Tangerang City of 511.94 seconds/pcu. So that the closing of the railroad gate will worsen the condition of road performance at the Taruna Heroes Cemetery in Tangerang City. Di Indonesia, pertemuan dua jenis prasarana transportasi yaitu jalan raya dan jalan rel kereta api ini telah di operasikan secara semi otomatis yaitu menggunakan palang pintu perlintasan kereta api. Meskipun telah dioperasikan secara semi otomatis, perlintasan ini sangat berpengaruh pada perlintasan jalan raya karena sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No.23 Tahun 2007 pasal 124 tentang perkeretaapian dan Undang- Undang No.22 Tahun 2009 pasal 114 tentang lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan. Pemakai jalan wajib mendahulukan perjalanan kereta api. Dijalan Taman Makam Pahlawan Taruna Kota Tangerang terjadi kemacetan yang diakibat kan oleh penutupan palang pintu kereta api dan aktifitas yang ada dipinggir jalan seperti angkutan umum yang berhenti dipinggir jalan yang menyebabkan menurun nya kinerja jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pendekatan dengan menggunakan metode shockwave dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa panjang antrian dan tundaan pada pertemuan sebidang dengan perlintasan kereta api. Metode penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengumpulkan serta menganalisa data primer dan sekunder, hasil analisa yang didapat tingkat pelayanan jalan tertinggi yaitu didapat pada hari Senin, 18 Juli 2022 pukul 17:00 – 18:00 yang menghasilkan derajat kejenuhan 1,4896 smp/jam sehingga tingkat pelayanan pada kondisi F yang menunjukan kondisi arus tidak stabil/tertahan dan macet Dari hasil analisa didapat hubungan matematis antara volume, kecepatan dan kerapatan, didapat nilai koefisien metode greenshield = 0,971. Penutupan palang pintu kereta api terlama dengan durasi penutupan 275,4 detik dan panjang antrian yaitu sebesar (QM) = 516,57 meter serta tundaan yang didapatkan dijalan Taman Makam Pahlawan Taruna Kota Tangerang sebesar 511,94 detik/smp. Sehingga dengan adanya penutupan palang pintu kereta api akan memperburuk keadaan kinerja jalana di Taman Makam Pahlawan Taruna Kota Tangerang.
