Abstract
As the level crossing of Jalan Perjuangan, because road users must prioritize passing trains and the frequent temporary closures of level crossing, the delay time and traffic performance on Jalan Perjuangan have decreased as well as long vehicle queues. It is necessary to conduct an analysis the effect of level crossings on traffic performance by using the shockwave method to determine the queue length and the length of time delay and the linear greenshield method to determine the relationship between volume, speed and density, as well as using the MKJI 1997 as a guide for determine the capacity of the road segment. Based on the results of the analysis of queue lengths and delays that has been carried out, the minimum queue length value that occurs on Jalan Perjuangan in the south is 1629,78 m with a minimum delay time of 887,396 seconds on Monday, July 4 2022 at 16:00 – 17:00 while the maximum queue length for the south is 8210 m with a delay time of 3159,24 seconds on Monday, July 4 at 08:00 – 09:00. For the north direction the minimum queue length that occurs is 1883,67 m with a minimum delay time of 950,465 seconds on Monday, July 4 2022 at 16:00 – 17:00 while the maximum queue length for the north is 7561,5 m with a delay time og 2953,82 seconds on Monday, July 4 2022 at 18:00 – 19:00. Based on PM 96 of 2015 the level of service for the north and south is classified as F. Keywords: Level crossing, traffic performance, queues, delays, shockwave method, greenshield method. Pada perlintasan sebidang Jalan Perjuangan, di karenakan pengguna jalan raya harus mendahulukan kereta api melintas dan seringnya penutupan sementara pintu perlintasan sebidang menyebabkan lamanya waktu tundaan dan kinerja lalu lintas pada Jalan Perjuangan mengalami penurunan serta antrian kendaraan yang panjang. Perlu diadakannya analisis pengaruh perlintasan sebidang terhadap kinerja lalu lintas dengan menggunakan metode shock wave untuk menentukan panjang antrian dan lamanya waktu tundaan dan metode linear greenshield untuk menentukan hubungan antar volume, kecepatan dan kerapatan, serta menggunakan MKJI 1997 sebagai pedoman untuk menentukan kapasitas ruas jalan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis panjang antrian dan tundaan yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai panjang antrian minimum yang terjadi pada Jalan Perjuangan arah selatan adalah sebesar 1629,78 m dengan waktu tundaan minimum sebesar 887,396 detik di hari Senin, 4 Juli 2022 di jam 16:00 – 17:00 sedangkan panjang antrian maksimum arah selatan sebesar 8210,1 m dengan waktu tundaan sebesar 3159,24 detik pada hari Senin, 4 Juli 2022 di jam 08:00 – 09:00. Untuk arah utara panjang antrian minimum yang terjadi sebesar 1883,67 m dengan waktu tundaan minimum sebesar 950,465 detik pada hari Senin, 4 Juli 2022 di jam 16:00 – 17:00 sedangkan panjang antrian maksimum arah utara sebesar 7561,5 m dengan waktu tundaan sebesar 2953,82 detik pada hari Senin, 4 Juli 2022 di jam 18:00 – 19:00. Berdasarkan PM 96 Tahun 2015 maka tingkat pelayanan jalan (Level of Service) arah selatan dan utara masuk ke dalam klasifikasi F.
