Abstract

Tanah Abang Station is one of several stations that have participated in implementing the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept, Transit Oriented Development is a spatial concept through the allocation of activity centers around the transit area or transit infrastructure. Pedestrian facilities are one of the important points inherent in this concept. The Tanah Abang Station area has a skybridge (connecting bridge) that connects Tanah Abang Station, Pasar Blok F and Blok G, and intermodal transportation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate pedestrian access to stations that use this concept. The method used in this research is the pedestrian service level standard / Level Of Service (LOS) Walkways based on the Highway Capacitiy Manual 2000 for pedestrians and the distribution of questionnaires to pedestrians at the research site to see the suitability of the facilities against the standards used, namely the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works. No. 03 / PRT / M / 2014. Based on the results of the survey and the distribution of questionnaires carried out for three days (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday), it was found that the skybridge was seen based on the flow in the platoon, indicating that the service level of pedestrians in 2021 is Level A. pedestrians in 2021 are Level B. The results of the questionnaires that have been distributed to respondents at the research location show that on average the existence of a skybridge makes it easier for pedestrians to move between transportation modes. The prediction results of the Level Of Service (LOS) for pedestrian facilities in 2025 with the assumption that the average growth of pedestrian users in the Tanah Abang Station area will produce the same level of service as in 2021. Stasiun Tanah Abang adalah salah satu dari beberapa stasiun yang ikut menerapkan konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Transit Oriented Development merupakan konsep secara spasial melalui pengalokasian pusat-pusat aktivitas sekitar area transit atau infrastruktur transit. Fasilitas pejalan kaki merupakan salah satu poin penting yang melekat dalam konsep tersebut. Kawasan Stasiun Tanah Abang memiliki skybridge (jembatan penghubung) yang menghubungkan Stasiun Tanah Abang, Pasar Blok F dan Blok G, dan antarmoda transportasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi akses pejalan kaki pada stasiun yang menggunakan konsep tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah standar tingkat pelayanan pejalan kaki/Level Of Service (LOS) Walkways berdasarkan Highway Capacitiy Manual 2000 pada pejalan kaki dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pejalan kaki di tempat penelitian untuk melihat kesesuaian fasilitas terhadap standar yang digunakan yakni Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 03/PRT/M/2014. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan selama tiga hari (Minggu, Senin, dan Selasa) didapatkan bahwa skybridge dilihat berdasarkan arus dalam platoon menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pelayanan pejalan kaki pada tahun 2021 adalah Level A. Berdasarkan kepadatan dan ruang pejalan kaki menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pelayanan pejalan kaki pada tahun 2021 adalah Level B. Hasil kuesioner yang telah disebar ke responden di lokasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keberadaan skybridge mempermudah pejalan kaki dalam perpindahan antarmoda transportasi. Hasil prediksi Level Of Service (LOS) fasilitas pejalan kaki tahun 2025 dengan asumsi rata-rata pertumbuhan pengguna pedestrian di kawasan Stasiun Tanah Abang menghasilkan tingkat pelayanan yang sama dengan tahun 2021.
