Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowing the relationship between the independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, investment decisions, profitability on corporate value in 2012-2018. This study also aims to provide consideration for investors in investing. This research is a type of quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the company website. The population in this study is the property & real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2012-2018 period. While the research sample was determined using purposive sampling method. Total data was 27.. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, profitability and investment decisions have no influence on firm value. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has an effect on firm value. Keywords: Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Investment Decisions, Profitability and Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mengetahui hubungan antara Dewan komisaris independen, Kepemilikan Institusional, Keputusan Investasi, Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Tahun 2012-2018.. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan bahan pertimbangan bagi investor dalam melakukan investasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id dan website perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property & real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2012-2018. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total data adalah sebanyak 27. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional, profitabilitas dan keputusan investasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Dewan Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Institusional, Keputusan Investasi, Profitabilitas dan Nilai Perusahaan.
