Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of organizational learning, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational cultural on the organizational performance of Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) in Makassar City – South Sulawesi. The object of this research are all babysitter who work at Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) in Makassar City – South Sulawesi. This study was conducted on 41 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive significant effect on organizational performance and organizational cultural has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance of Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) in Makassar City – South Sulawesi. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational learning, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan organizational cultural terhadap organizational performace pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) di Kota Makassar – Sulawesi Selatan. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengasuh anak di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) di Kota Makassar – Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 41 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel organizational learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational performance, organizational commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational performance, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational performance dan oeganizational cultural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational performance pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) di Kota Makassar – Sulawesi Selatan.
