Abstract
This research is entitled Analysis of the Value of Team Cohesiveness in Solving Problems in the Movie Money Heist Season 5 (Analysis of Semiotics of Ferdinand de Saussure). In this Money Heist film, there are signs and meanings about teamwork and cohesiveness in teams. Teamwork performance requires cohesiveness. Cohesiveness is characterized by strong relationships between team members who feel each other's dependence on the sequence of tasks, dependence on the results to be achieved and high commitment as part of a team. This study aims to find out about how the Money Heist film depicts the cohesiveness of the team that is displayed using a constructivist method that emphasizes two aspects including Sign, Signifier, and Signified, which the author can easily analyze and describe with using Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis. The results of the semiotic analysis found that the Money Heist film shows an element of cohesiveness that can be seen in terms of signs, markers, and signs. Teamwork that makes cohesiveness an object has become a myth. Cohesiveness can occur because there is a strong bond and there are goals to be achieved together between the robber team, cohesiveness can occur because of the vision and mission to achieve mutual success that has been targeted since the beginning of the organization was formed. Keywords: film, semiotics, compactness, sign, marker, and sign. Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Nilai Kekompakkan Tim dalam Memecahkan Masalah dalam Film Money Heist Season 5 (Analisis Semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure) . Dalam Film Money Heist ini terkandung tanda dan makna mengenai kerjasama tim dan kekompakkan dalam tim. Kinerja teamwork dibutuhkan kekompakan. Kekompakan ditandai dengan kuatnya hubungan antar anggota tim yang saling merasakan adanya ketergantungan dalam urutan tugas, ketergantungan hasil yang ingin dicapai dan komitmen yang tinggi sebagai bagian dari sebuah tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana film Money Heist menggambarkan kekompakkan tim yang ditampilkan dengan menggunakan metode konstruktivis yang menekankan dua aspek diantaranya Tanda (Sign), Penanda (Signifier), dan Pertanda (Signified), yang dimana penulis dapat dengan mudahnya menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure. Hasil analisis semiotik menemukan bahwa film Money Heist menunjukkan unsur kekompakkan yang terlihat dari segi tanda, penanda, dan pertanda. Kerjasama tim yang menjadikan kekompakkan sebagai objek telah menjadi mitos. Kekompakkan bisa terjadi karena adanya ikatan yang kuat dan ada tujuan yang ingin dicapai bersama – bersama diantara tim perampok, kekompakkan bisa terjadi karena adanya visi dan misi untuk mencapai kesuksesan bersama yang sudah di targetkan sedari awal organisasi itu terbentuk.
