Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of entrepreneurship education, school environment, achievement motivation on interest in entrepreneurship; direct influence of entrepreneurship education, school environment on achievement motivation; and the indirect effect of entrepreneurship education, school environment on interest in entrepreneurship by mediating achievement motivation. This research is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were students of SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency with a sample of 87 respondents obtained from sample measurements using Slovin theory and data analysis methods using SEM PLS. The results of the study obtained a positive and significant influence from the school environment on interest in entrepreneurship, achievement motivation on interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education on achievement motivation, school environment on achievement motivation. Then obtained a negative and insignificant effect of entrepreneurship education on the interest in entrepreneurship. For the indirect effect, achievement motivation can mediate entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship and the school environment on interest in entrepreneurship. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan sekolah, motivasi berprestasi terhadap minat berwirausaha; pengaruh langsung pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi; dan pengaruh tak langsung dari pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan mediasi motivasi berprestasi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMKN 7 Kabupaten Tangerang dengan sample 87 responden didapat dari pengukuran sampel menggunakan teori Slovin dan metode analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian didapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat berwirausaha, motivasi berprestasi terhadap minat berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Kemudian didapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Untuk pengaruh tak langsung didapat motivasi berprestasi dapat memediasi pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat berwirausaha.
