Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, work environment and fighting power on the performance of the Satsamapta Polres Serang City personnel. This research uses quantitative research with survey method. The research population included 59 Satsamapta Polres Serang City personnel using the saturated sample method. Research data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents who returned the questionnaire was 59 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the use of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results showed that discipline, work environment and fighting power had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Serang City Police Satsamapta personnel simultaneously. Keywords: Discipline, Work Environment, Fighting Power, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan daya juang terhadap kinerja personil Satsamapta Polres Serang Kota. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi penelitian meliputi 59 orang personil Satsamapta Polres Serang Kota dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah responden yang mengembalikan kuesioner sebanyak 59 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25.0 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan daya juang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personil Satsamapta Polres Serang Kota secara simultan.
