Abstract

The rapid development of technology is very helpful for people in carrying out their daily activities. Almost the average community is now very close to internet technology because it makes it very easy to do everything, especially now that the internet is increasingly accessible to everyone, both using devices and desktops, as long as they have a connection to the internet. Coffee shop has now become a very popular business trend lately, ardilia coffee shop is one of the many coffee shops that become a hangout place for young people. The Ardilia coffee shop service system still uses a completely manual system, in terms of service, as well as in terms of ordering. With a completely manual service system, it can cause several problems, such as, customers who have to wait a long time when the coffee shop is busy because the service system is still manual, the data recap process could be the difference between incoming data and incoming money because the ordering process is still written using paper. QR code is a practical technology in the form of a barcode that can store 2089 digits or 4289 characters and has a high speed. With the problems that arise above the author wants to make a coffee shop ordering system using a website-based Qr code to solve the problems above. Hopefully the application can make it easier for customers to place orders without having to go to the cashier by scanning the Qr code on the table that is already available. Key words: PHP, Website Coffe Shop, QR Code Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat sangat membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Hampir rata-rata masyarakat sekarang sangat bergantung dengan adanya teknologi internet karena sangat mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengerjakan segala sesuatu apalagi saat ini internet semakin mudah di akses oleh semua orang baik menggunakan perangkat smartphone maupun desktop, selama memiliki koneksi terhadap internet. Coffe shop kini telah menjadi tren bisnis yang sangat popular belakangan ini, coffe shop ardilia merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak coffe shop yang menjadi tempat nongkrong untuk anak-anak muda. Sistem pelayanan coffe shop ardilia masih menggunakan sistem yang serba manual, dari segi pelayanan, maupun segi pemesanan. Dengan sistem yang pelayanan yang serba manual dapat mengakibatkan beberapa masalah seperti, customer yang harus menunggu lama ketika coffe shop sedang ramai karena sistem pelayanan yang masih manual, proses rekap data bisa saja selisih antara data yang masuk dengan uang masuk karena proses pemesanan masih ditulis menggunakan kertas. Qr code merupakan salah satu teknologi praktis yang berbentuk barcode yang mampu menyimpan 2089 digit atau 4289 karakter serta memiliki kecepatan pemindai yang tinggi. Dengan adanya permasalahan yang muncul diatas penulis ingin membuat sistem pemesanan coffe shop menggunakan Qr code berbasis website guna menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada diatas. Diharapkan aplikasi tersebut bisa memudahkan para customer dalam melakukan pemesanan tanpa harus kekasir dengan melakukan scan Qr code pada meja yang sudah tersedia.
