Abstract

In the work on a construction project, there is often an incompatibility of the actual realization of work with scheduling on the construction of the Integrated Cancer Service Building at RSUP Fatmawati, South Jakarta, there is a realization of actual progress that is not in accordance with the planning starting at the 15th week with a deviation value of -0.14% until its peak in the 20th week the deviation value shows a figure of -7.12%. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the productivity of iron work. Based on this, the title of this research is Analysis of Factors Affecting Productivity of Upper Structure Steel Work (Case Study: Cancer Service Building Fatmawati Hospital). The method used is validation test, reliability test, T test, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis & descriptive statistics using SPSS application. From the research conducted, it was found that out of the 25 variables, only 23 indicators can affect the productivity of the upper structure of the building (Case Study: Cancer Service Building at Fatmawati Hospital) with the variables (X1.1) the selection of work methods as the dominant cause, (X2.1) poor worker coordination, (X1.7) lack of material availability, (X4.2) covid-19, (X1.6) changes in working drawings. Dalam pengerjaan suatu proyek sering terjadi ketidak sesuaian realisasi aktual pekerjaan dengan penjadwalan pada pembangunan Gedung Pelayanan Kanker Terpadu RSUP Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan terdapat realisasi progres aktual yang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan dimulai pada minggu ke-15 dengan nilai deviasi sebesar -0,14% sampai pada puncaknya pada minggu ke-20 nilai deviasi menunjukkan angka sebesar -7,12 %. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerjaan pembesian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, judul penelitian ini adalah Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Pekerjaan Pembesian Struktur Atas Bangunan (Studi Kasus : Gedung Pelayanan Kanker RSUP Fatmawati). Metode yang digunakan seperti uji validasi, uji reliabilitas, uji T, uji F, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis deskriptif &statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa dari 25 variabel yang ada, hanya 23 variabel saja yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerjaan pembesian Struktur Atas Bangunan (Studi Kasus : Gedung Pelayanan Kanker RSUP Fatmawati) dengan variabel (X1) pemilihan metode kerja sebagai penyebab dominan, (X2.1) koordinasi pekerja yang buruk, (X1.7) kurangnya ketersediaan material, (X4.2) gelombang covid-19, (X1.6) perubahan gambar kerja.
