Abstract
Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between the variable Emotional Exhaustion with Turnover Intention on employees of PT.YXZ. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects in this research are employees of PT. YXZ. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique. Respondents in this study amounted to 131 consisting of 89 men and 42 women with a long working range classification from under 2 years, 2 to 4 years and more than 4 years. Measurements were made using an emotional exhaustion scale with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.888, a turnover intention scale with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.8 81. Analysis using correlation test and normality test. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between Emotional Exhaustion and Turnover Intention. . E motional E xhaustion Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam peneitian ini adalah karyawan PT.YXZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik sample jenuh . Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1 31 yang terdiri dari laki sebanyak 89 dan perempuan sebanyak 42 dengan klasifikasi lama rentang kerja dari dibawah 2 tahun, 2 sampai 4 tahun dan lebih dari 4 tahun. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan turnover intention skala emotional exhaustion dengan nilai Cronbach alpha dengan nilai 0.881. Cronbach alpha Analisis menggunakan 0.888, skala uji korelasi dan uji normalitas E motional E . Hasil penelitian men xhaustion dengan T unjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan urnover Kata kunci: Emotional exhaustion , I ntention . Turnover intention
