Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity , insentif dan employee engagement yang berdampak terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 orang guru honorer di SMAN 01 Gunungputri dan SMAN 02 Gunungputri, sample yang digunakan sebanyak 58 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Desain penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara sebab dan akibat dari beberapa variabel terikat dan variable bebas. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan setelah melakukan pengujian Model Regresi Linier Berganda menunjukkan bahwa Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Insentif berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kata kunci: Job insecurity, insentif , employee engagement, kepuasan kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity, incentives and employee engagement that have an impact on job satisfaction. The population in this study were 58 honorary teachers at SMAN 01Gunungputri and SMAN 02 Gunungputri, the sample used was 58 people with saturated sampling technique. The research design used by the researcher is quantitative research used to prove the relationship between cause and effect of several dependent variables and independent variables. The data analysis method used SPSS 25. The data collection method used a survey method with research instruments through a questionnaire. The results of the research that have been obtained after testing the Multiple Linear Regression Model show that Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Incentives have a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
