Abstract

The cleaning service sector is an important job to maintain the cleanliness and health of the room and the environment. Policy priority is one of the important things for the sustainability of the company. This study analyzes policy priorities in the Cleaning Service Industry in Jakarta, in order to improve company performance. This study using Partial Least Square (PLS) and Analytic Network Process (ANP). This study uses exogenous variables Leadership, Motivation, and Knowledge Management. The mediator variable is Communication and the intervening variable is Social Capability with all arrows in the model pointing to the Performance Variable. The population of this study were Cleaning Service Officer employees at PT H, PT C and PT B, with a total sample of 635 respondents. It can be concluded that the results of the PLS analysis show that leadership is the most important variable and is a priority for achieving sustainable performance. The results of the ANP analysis also show that leadership is a priority variable to achieve sustainable performance in companies in the cleaning service industry. Kata Kunci: Cleaning_Service, Model, Sustainable_Performance, Leadership Sektor jasa kebersihan merupakan pekerjaan penting untuk menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan ruangan maupun lingkungan. Prioritas kebijakan menjadi salah satu hal penting bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis prioritas kebijakan pada Industri Cleaning Service di Jakarta, dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah Leadership, Motivation, dan Knowledge Management. Sebagai variabel mediator adalah Communication dan sebagai variabel intervening adalah Social Capability, dengan seluruh anak panah pada model menuju ke Variabel Perfomance atau Kinerja Berkelanjutan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Cleaning Service Officer pada PT H, PT C dan PT B, dengan sampel diambil secara keseluruhan yaitu 635 responden. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hasil analisis PLS menunjukkan bahwa leadership merupakan variabel paling berpengaruh dan merupakan prioritas untuk pencapaian kinerja berkelanjutan. Hasil dari analisis ANP juga menunjukkan bahwa leadership merupakan variabel prioritas untuk mencapai kinerja yang berkelanjutan pada perusahaan-perusahaan di industri jasa kebersihan.
