Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Green Marketing, Promosi Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Beli Pada Manna Kampus dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Manna Kampus Godean serta memenuhi karakteristik yang ditentukan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa green marketing positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli. Promosi positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli. Kualitas pelayanan positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli. Kata Kunci: Green Marketing, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Minat Beli. This study aims to analyze Green Marketing, Promotion and Service Quality on Buying Interest at Manna Kampus Godean during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population in this study were all consumers who had shopped at Manna Kampus Godean and met the specified characteristics. The sample used is 100 respondents. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Quantitative analysis method using statistics. This study proves that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The quality of service is positive and has a significant effect on buying interest. Keywords: Green Marketing, Promotion, Service Quality, Purchase Intention.
