Abstract

Nightstand is a small table located on the left and right of the bed or in other words, a bedside table. From this, inspired to design nightstand that can be used in public spaces and develop it using fan holograms. The fan hologram is a product of holographic technology. The hologram is formed from a coherent combination of two rays of light and in microscopic form. The hologram acts as an optical information warehouse. Optical information will then form an image, scene, or scene. To design, it starts from exploring the nightstand design which will be applied to multimedia holographic fans in terms of size, material so that it becomes a unity of furniture products. In this design process, because the product to be made is the development of nightstand furniture where the visual application of the nightstand is based observation result The results of the nightstand design with the application of multimedia holographic fans can be applied to public spaces as a medium for promotion and entertainment. Fan holograms on nightstand need special attention in terms of placing the elements to be displayed because their presence in public spaces can provide added value to the room. Keywords: Design, Nightstand, Fan Hologram. Nakas adalah meja kecil yang terletak di sebelah kiri dan kanan tempat tidur atau dengan kata lain, meja samping tempat tidur. Dari hal tersebut, terinspirasi untuk mendesain nakas yang dapat digunakan di ruang publik dan mengembangkannya dengan menggunakan hologram kipas. Hologram kipas adalah produk dari teknologi holografi. Hologram terbentuk dari perpaduan dua sinar cahaya yang koheren dan dalam bentuk mikroskopik. Hologram bertindak sebagai gudang informasi optik. Informasi optik itu kemudian akan membentuk suatu gambar, pemandangan, atau adegan. Untuk mendesain dimulai darimengeksplor desain nakas yang akan diterapkan untuk multimedia hologram kipas dari segi ukuran, material agar menjadi kesatuan produk furniture. Dalam proses perancangan ini, Karena produk yang akan di buat adalah pengembangan dari furniture nakas yang dimana dengan penerapan visual pada nakas tersebut berdasarkan hasil pengamatan Hasil desain nakas dengan penerapan multimedia hologram kipas dapat diterapkan pada ruang publik sebagai salah satu media untuk promosi dan hiburan. Hologram kipas pada nakas perlu perhatian khusus dalam hal menempatkan unsur yang akan di tampilkan karena keberadaanya di ruang publik dapat memberikan nilai tambah terhadap ruangan.
