Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin lingkungan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Pegadaian Persero Cabang Cikarang . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT.Pegadaian Persero Cabang Cikarang yang berjumlah 53 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner . Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions versi 21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja signifikan terhada p kinerja karyawan. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja , Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian Persero Cikarang Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian Persero Cikarang Branch, totaling 53 people. The sampling technique in this study used sa turated sampling. Where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 21. This st udy proves that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
