Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas konsumen dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan shopee pelayanan, kepuasan . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan shopee yang membeli yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 menggunakan aplikasi shopee pelanggan Shopee . . Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan rumus purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 2 5 Pengolahan . Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas p elayanan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap berpengaruh positif dan tidak loyalitas pelanggan. signifikan terhadap l Kepuasan oyalitas pelanggan . Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan . Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen, Harga, Loyalitas Pelanggan. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction and price on shopee customer loyalty . . The population in this study is shopee customers who buy use the shopee application. . The sample used is 100 Shopee customers. This research uses purposive sampling formula. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses IBM SPSS Statistics 25. This study prov es that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. consumer goals have a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty.
