Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap perusahaan tentu menginginkan hasil produk yang baik dan banyak agar dapat mendapatkan keuntungan, dimana pada sekarang persaingan sangat ketat. Oleh karna itu penelitian ini dilatar belakangi banyaknya masalah reject pada proses produk kemas primer (filling) penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan farmasi yang berada di bogor wanaherang dengan mengambil masalah pada botol infus pada bulan januari – maret 2022 peneliti juga menggunakan 3 pembanding produk botol infus pada perusahaan yaitu: levofloxacin,metronidaol,paracetamol infus dimana banyaknya reject pada bulan januari dan reject terbanyak pada produk paracetamol infus 2.303 pcs selama 3 bulan oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengurangi reject yang ada dengan menggunakan metode DMAIC,KAIZEN,Six sigma,FMEA dan 7tools dengan hasil penelitian menemukan 3 critical to quality ialah: serat,kotoran,kemasan.dan rata-rata DPMO 40486 dengan sigma 3,24 lalu hasil nilai RPN FMEA ialah 576 dimana kesalahan operator yang masih kurang mengerti tata cara bekerja yang baik dan benar oleh karna peneliti emberikan usulan dilakukannya improvement sumber daya manusia deengan metode KAIZEN 5S dan juga dibuatkan penjadwalan trining operator dan pengecekan maintenance mesin setiap bulannya agar pada saat proses produksi meminimalisir semua kendala. Therefore, this research is motivated by the many reject problems in the primary packaging product process (filling). This research was carried out at a pharmaceutical company located in Bogor, Wanaherang by taking problems with infusion bottles in January - March 2022, researchers also used 3 comparisons of infusion bottle products in companies, namely: levofloxacin, metronidaol, paracetamol infusion where the number of rejects in January and the most rejectsin paracetamol infusion products are 2,303 pcs for 3 months, therefore this study aims to reduce the existing rejects by using the DMAIC, KAIZEN, Six sigma, FMEA and 7tools methods. with the results of the study finding 3 critical to quality, namely: fiber, dirt, packaging. the researcher proposes to improve human resources using the KAIZ method EN 5S and also scheduling operator training and machine maintenance checks every month so that during the production process minimize all obstacles.
