Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA) dan Current Ratio (CR), Debt Total Asset TurnOver (TATO) terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio dan Implikasinya terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Objek atau populasi penelitian ini adalah Emiten Sub Sektor Pertambangan Batubara pada tahun 20112020 sebanayak 22 perusahaan, sedangkan sampling menggunakan pendekatan purposive sam pling sehingga diperolah 4 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data diperoleh melalui situs BEI dan desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasilpenelitian ini menemukan bahwa Likuiditas (C R), Profitabilitas (ROA), berpengaruh positif dan Aktivita s (TATO) siginifikan terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio, Solvabilitas (DER) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio, dan Devidend Payout Ratio berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhad ap Price to Book Value Kata Kunci : Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA) ,Total Asset TurnOver (TATO), Devidend Payout Ratio, dan Price to Book Value This study aims to determine the effe ct of Current Ratio (CR), Debt t (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Total Asset Turn o Equity Ratio Over (TATO) on Dividend Payout Ratio and its implications for Firm Value (PBV). The object or population of this research is the Issuers of the Coal Mining SubSector in 20112020 as many as 22 companies, while the sampling uses a purposive sampling approach so that 4 companies are obtained as samples. The data was obtained through the IDX website and the design of this study used causal research. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that Liquidity (CR), Profitability (ROA), and Activity (TATO) had a positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio , Solvency (DER) had a significant negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, and the Dividend Payout Ratio had a significant negative effect on Price to Book Value Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Debt t o Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Total Value Asset TurnOver (TATO), Dividend Payout Ratio, and Price to Book
