Abstract

Developments in the millennial era make the dense community activity due to busy work and affect the reduced time with family. The amount of public interest with spas for health needs makes spas have many types. From this background, researchers analyzed and designed the Zen Family Spa to provide peace and comfort for visitors who want to spend time with family. The design of this family spa will create the concept of Balinese culture to be a place of recognition of Balinese culture, as well as the concept of Luxurious Biophilic to create a space impression that describes the millennial generation in this era but still applies the concept close to nature. From the concept, researchers want to realize the visual appearance of the interior as if visitors feel like a spa in Bali and with a touch of modern space visualization. This spa will also adjust ergonomic space and furniture in accordance with the maximum capacity of visitors and furniture for adolescents and adults. From the results of the analysis, researchers expect it will have a wider influence on the interests of the spa, and can be used as a reference for the public in designing spas in the interior world. Perkembangan pada zaman milenial membuat padatnya aktivitas masyarakat akibat sibuk dengan pekerjaan dan mempengaruhi berkurangnya waktu bersama keluarga. Banyaknya minat masyarakat dengan spa untuk kebutuhan kesehatan menjadikan spa memiliki banyak macam jenisnya. Dari latar belakang tersebut peneliti menganalisa serta merancangan Zen Family Spa guna memberikan ketenangan dan kenyamanan bagi pengunjung yang ingin menghabiskan waktu dengan keluarga. Perancangan spa keluarga ini akan mewujudkan konsep Balinese culture untuk mencapai suasana seperti di Bali, serta konsep Luxurious Biophilic menjadikan kesan ruang yang menggambarkan generasi milenial di zaman ini tetapi tetap menerapkan konsep dekat dengan alam. Dari konsep tersebut peneliti ingin mewujudkan tampilan visual interior seolah-olah pengunjung merasakan layaknya spa di Bali dan dengan sentuhan visualisasi ruang yang modern. Spa ini juga akan menyesuaikan ergonomic ruang maupun furniture sesuai dengan maksimal kapasitas pengunjung dan furniture untuk anak remaja maupun orang dewasa. Dari hasil analisis, peneliti mengharapkan akan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih luas terhadap minat spa, serta bisa dijadikan referensi untuk masyarakat dalam merancang spa di dunia Interior.
