Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Andesti Jaya Stores, Depok City. The population in this study are consumers who have made purchases at the Andesti Jaya Store, Depok City. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling. The data was obtained by using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, outer model, and inner model. The results of data analysis show that: 1). Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. 2). Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. 3). Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Price Perception, Service Quality, Purchase Decision Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada Toko Andesti Jaya Kota Depok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian pada Toko Andesti Jaya Kota Depok. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Non Probability Sampling. Data diperoleh dengan teknik kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif, Outer model, dan inner model. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. 2). Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. 3). Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian
