Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan Properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2018 – 2020. Populasi penelitian ini pada perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling.. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan di internet melalui website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia www.idx.com tahun 2018-2020 Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikikan institusional, komisaris independen dan dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan corporate social responcibility dan komite audit berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Nilai Perusahaan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance and the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on firm value in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 – 2020. The population of this study is the property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling using purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data obtained from financial statements on the internet through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, www.idx.com in 2018-2020. The method of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, independent commissioners and the board of directors have no effect on firm value, while corporate social responsibility and audit committee have a positive effect on firm value.
