Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance (Study at the Jayanti District Office Tangerang Regency). The population in this study were all employees of the Jayanti District Office, Tangerang Regency. The sampling method used is saturated sample by taking all employees who work at the Jayanti District Office, Tangerang Regency. The data collection method used survey method, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Jayanti District Office Tangerang. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Jayanti District Office Tangerang. Keywords: Work motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (Studi pada Kantor Kecamatan Jayanti, Kabupaten Tangerang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Kantor Kecamatan Jayanti, Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di Kantor Kecamatan Jayanti, Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kedisplinan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
