Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Kompensasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT Agility International Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu berjumlah 81 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Agility International. Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Agility International. Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Agility International. Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Agility International. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Prestai Kerja Karyawan This study aims to analyze the effect of education, training and compensation on employee performance at PT Agility International Indonesia. The population in this study are employees of PT Agility International Indonesia. The number of samples obtained using the Slovin formula is 81 people.
