Abstract
This research was conducted at PT Tritools Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine how the use of Statistical Process Control to reduce the level of production damage of PT Tritools Indonesia. This variable uses quality control, statistical process control , and product damage. Data collection methods used literature study and documentation. The sample used is data on the number of production and the number of production defects in the period January - September 2021. Data analysis using check sheets (check sheets), histograms, p control maps, and pareto diagrams. With the Statistical Process Control method to control the quality of production shows that there are still production defects shown in the control graph that there are points that are beyond the control limits. The most types of production defects are caused by asymmetrical pieces of 22 panels, dirty as many as 16 pieces, and tool contamination as many as 11 pieces. Keywords: Quality Control, Statistical Process Control, SPC Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Tritools Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan Statistical Process Control (SPC) untuk menurunkan tingkat kerusakan produksi PT Tritools Indonesia. Variabel ini menggunakan pengendalian kualitas, statistical process control (SPC), dan kerusakan produk. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah data jumlah produksi dan jumlah cacat produksi pada Periode Januari – September 2021. Analisis data menggunakan lembar periksa (check sheet), histogram, peta kendali p, dan diagram pareto. Dengan metode Statistical Process Control (SPC) untuk mengendalikan kualitas produksi menunjukkan bahwa masih terjadi cacat produksi yang ditunjukkan pada grafik kontrol bahwasanya ada titik yang berada diluar batas kendali. Jenis-jenis cacat produksi paling banyak disebabkan karena potongan tidak simetris sebanyak 22 buah panel, kotor sebanyak 16 buah, dan kontaminasi alat sebanyak 11 buah.
