Abstract

This study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation and work stress on turnover intention of employees of PT. Sea Estuary. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Sea Estuary. This research was conducted on 70 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled so that the sample used is 70 employees. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work motivation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Job Stress and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intentioni pada karyawan PT. Muara Laut. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Muara Laut. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebesar 70 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Stress Kerja dan Turnover Intention
