Abstract

In essence, humans have various kinds of senses that have been given by God, one of which is the sense of sight. The sense of sight is the senses that can attract a visual make it information that can be processed by the brain. One of the visuals that can be seen is the signs or signs. A sign is a symbol that is not related to phonemes (sounds) or words and phrases in a language, related to the structure and organization of writing, as well as intonation and pauses that can be read during reading. Punctuation rules differ between languages, location, time, and growing. Some aspects of punctuation are a specific style that depends on the choice of the writer, so it is considered important to agree on an object that needs to be recognized. Keywords: Sign, Symbol, Typografi Pada hakikatnya manusia memiliki berbagai macam indra yang telah di berikan Tuhan, salah satunya adalah indra penglihatan. Indra penglihatan adalah indra yang dapat menangkap suatu visual menjadikannya informasi yang dapat diolah oleh otak. Salah satu visual yang dapat dilihat penglihatan adalah tanda- tanda atau sign. Tanda adalah sebuah simbol yang tidak berhubungan dengan fonem (suara) atau kata dan frasa pada suatu bahasa, melainkan berperan untuk menunjukkan struktur dan organisasi suatu tulisan, dan juga intonasi serta jeda yang dapat diamati sewaktu pembacaan. Aturan tanda baca berbeda antar bahasa, lokasi, waktu, dan terus berkembang. Beberapa aspek tanda baca adalah suatu gaya spesifik yang karenanya tergantung pada pilihan penulis, Maka sangatlah penting untuk mengidentifikasi suatu obyek perlu diketahui.
