Abstract

Pelecehan seksual di tempat kerja berbeda dengan pelecehan seksual pada umumnya dikarenakan pelecehan tersebut dilakukan di tempat yang berkaitan langsung dengan pencarian nafkah seseorang. Peneliti menyingkap kasus pelecehan seksual yang terjadi pada sekretaris yang bekerja di wilayah Jakarta karena wilayah tersebut lebih banyak perkantoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dramaturgi sekretaris di antara isu pelecehan seksual. Secara khusus menggambarkan bentuk dari kasus pelecehan seksual yang dialami sekretaris. Teori yang digunakan Dramaturgi dan teori Interaksi Simbolik. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan paradigma Konstruktivisme, dengan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian dari pengumpulan data yang diperoleh peneliti, informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah enam (6) orang diantaranya 3 informan sekretaris dan 3 informan orang terdekat yaitu teman dekat dan orang di lingkungan rumah sekretaris, hasil penelitian yang meliputi panggung depan (kantor), panggung depan (di rumah), panggung belakang (Role Distance – Dampak pelecehan seksual), dan panggung belakang rumah dan kantor dapat memperoleh hasil yang berbeda – beda yang berkaitan dengan teori dramaturgi dan interaksi simbolik. Sekretaris mampu memainkan peran dan statusnya sebagai sekretaris sehingga semua menjadi baik sesuai harapan perusahaan. Ada tiga sub yang menjadi landasan peneliti untuk menulis pembahasan penelitian ini yang berdasarkan tiga premis utama dalam teori interaksionisme simbolik yaitu Mind (fikiran), Self (diri), dan Sosiety. Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan teori Dramaturgi dan penelitian ini telah mengurai informan tersebut mampu membangun kesan dirinya berdasarkan: panggung depan (kantor), panggung depan (di rumah), panggung belakang (di kantor dan di rumah). Sexual harassment in the workplace is different from sexual harassment in general because the harassment is carried out in a place that is directly related to one's livelihood. Researchers uncover cases of sexual harassment that occurred in secretaries who work in the Jakarta area because that area has more offices. This study aims to find out secretarial dramaturgy among the issues of sexual harassment. Specifically describes the form of sexual harassment cases experienced by the secretary. The theory used is Dramaturgy and the theory of Symbolic Interaction. In this study, the researcher used the constructivism paradigm, while the qualitative research used the case study method. The results of the data collection obtained by the researcher, the informants in this study amounted to six (6) people including 3 secretarial informants and 3 closest informants, namely close friends and people in the secretary's home environment, the results of the study included the front stage (office), front stage (at home), backstage (Role Distance – Impact of sexual harassment), and backstage at home and office can get different results related to dramaturgy theory and symbolic interaction. The secretary is able to play his role and status as a secretary so that everything goes well according to the company's expectations. There are three subthemes that serve as the basis for the researcher to write the discussion of this research which is based on three main premises in the theory of symbolic interactionism, namely Mind, Self, and Sosiety. This research is related to Dramaturgy theory and this research has explained that the informant is able to build an impression of himself based on: front stage (office), front stage (at home), back stage (in the office and at home).
