Abstract

Learning achievement is a success achieved by someone after gaining learning experience or learning something. SMK Mutiara Bangsa Vocational School is one of the upper secondary schools that has been accredited A. At Mutiara Bangsa Vocational School every year, there is a selection of outstanding students, for which the high achieving students will be rewarded. In determining student achievement, Mutiara Bangsa Vocational School still uses the manual method, which method is less efficient and takes a lot of time. This study aims to build a Decision Support System Website that applies the Simple Additive Weighting method. The system will provide relevant criteria so as to get maximum results.With a decision support system that uses the Simple Additive Weighting method, it will be able to help streamline and accelerate teachers at Mutiara Bangsa Vocational School in determining outstanding students. Key words: Decision Support System, Student Achievement, Simple Addiitive Weighting, Multiple Attribute Decision Making Prestasi adalah kata yang sering digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kecerdasan,pengetahuan serta keterampilan seseorang maupun kelompok. Setiap Tahun di Smk Mutiara Bangsa selalu mengadakan penentuan siswa beprestasi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan apresiasi kepada siswa, serta akan digunakan untuk pengajuan ke SNMPTN, biasanya siswa berprestasi ini ditentukan untuk siswa kelas 12. Di SMK MUTIARA BANGSA dalam menentukan Siswa berprestasi masih menggunakan cara manual, yang mana dengan menggunakan cara tersebut terlalu banyak memakan waktu dan terkadang kurang efektif dalam pengambilan sebuah keputusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah peneliti akan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web mengguunakan metode Simple Additive Weigthing (SAW). metode ini peneliti pilih karena metode ini dapat melakukan suatu proses perangkingan yang dilanjutkan dengan proses pembobotan untuk setiap atribut sehingga dapat menentukan alternative terbaik berdasarkan atribut dan kriteria tertentu.
