Abstract

Perkembangan industri yang agresif ternyata memiliki pengaruh terhadap kerusakan lingkungan akibat terlalu besarnya penggunaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, maka berbagai lembaga dan organisasi di dunia sepakat untuk menciptakan kondisi bumi yang lebih baik, salah satunya dengan menerbitkan standar internasional bidang manajemen lingkungan yaitu ISO 14001 yang berbasis kepada pendekatan sukarela bagi organisasi untuk patuh pada peraturan lingkungan. Di lain sisi, munculnya kesadaran lingkungan ini ternyata membawa pengaruh positif akan berkembangnya sumber daya manusia untuk juga menerapkan kesadaran hijau dan strategi bisnis hijau dengan menerapkan sumber daya manusia hijau atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah Green Human Resources Management (GHRM). Penelitian ini membahas secara rinci bagaimana perusahaan inspeksi di Indonesia, sebagai salah satu organisasi yang bergerak pada sektor migas, menerapkan GHRM dan apa saja faktor pendukung implementasi GHRM ini terhadap kesuksesan implementasi ISO 14001. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini juga melihat lebih jauh mengapa pada perusahaan inspeksi implementasi GHRM ini belum maksimal. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan proses analisis data menggunakan NVivo, hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menemukan konsep model yang tepat dalam mengimplementasikan GHRM untuk mendukung penerapan ISO 14001 pada perusahaan inspeksi. Aggressive industrial development turns out to influence environmental damage due to the excessive use and utilization of natural resources. To overcome this, various institutions and organizations in the world have agreed to create better earth conditions, one of which is by issuing an international standard in the field of environmental management, namely ISO 14001 which is based on a voluntary approach for organizations to comply with environmental regulations. On the other hand, the emergence of environmental awareness has a positive influence on the development of human resources to implement green awareness and green business strategies by implementing green human resources or better known as Green Human Resources Management (GHRM). This study discusses in detail how inspection companies in Indonesia, as one of the organizations engaged in the oil and gas sector, implement the GHRM and what are the factors that support the implementation of GHRM for the successful implementation of ISO 14001. Furthermore, this study also looks further into why inspection companies in their process to implement GHRM have not been maximized enough. By using qualitative research methods and data analysis process using NVivo, the final result of this research is finding the right model concept in implementing GHRM to support the implementation of ISO 14001 in inspection companies.
