Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and stress on the work achievement of PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa tutors. This study uses a causal design with a quantitative method approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of research subjects as many as 84 tutors who have the criteria (1) work as tutors at PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa (2) has been/is currently working from home (WFH). Data management using IBM SPSS 24 program. Data analysis to test hypotheses using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is no positive and significant influence of organizational culture on work performance, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of stress on work achievement, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and stress simultaneously on work achievement. Stress has the greatest influence on job performance. PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa is advised to pay attention to the stress felt by tutors, especially on the perceived control dimension so that they can manage stress to become esustress and apply the concept of organizational culture to the stability dimension in an effort to increase tutor's work achievement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada tutor PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah subyek penelitian sebanyak 84 tutor yang memiliki kriteria (1) bekerja sebagai tutor pada PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa (2) pernah/sedang menjalankan work from home (WFH). Pengelolaan data menggunakan program IBM SPSS 24. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan stres terhadap prestasi kerja (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organsiasi dan stres secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja. Stres memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap prestasi kerja. PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa disarankan untuk memperhatikan stres yang dirasakan tutor terutama pada dimensi perceived control sehingga dapat mengelola stres menjadi esustress dan penerapkan konsep budaya organisasi pada dimensi stability dalam upaya peningkatan prestasi kerja tutor meningkat.
