Abstract
PT DHL Supply Chain Indonesia, kebutuhan akan karyawan dan pelayanan yang baik dianggap penting dikarenakan potensi kebutuhan yang sangat besar, dengan analisa dan perhitungan yang real dan matang diharapkan semua karyawan dapat bekerja dengan baik. Situasi PT DHL Supply Chain Indonesia yang semakin membutuhkan pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan yang baik menyebabkan perusahaan melakukan langkah-langkah kongkrit yaitu dengan melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi berbaiss web untuk memudahkan perusahaan dalam melakukan penilaian karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) agar perhitungan dapat dilakukan dengan ototmatis dan dalam penyimpanan data menggunakan database MySQL agar data tetap tersimpan dengan baik. Sistem ini dapat digunakan pihak perusahaan yang sudah didaftarkan sebagai pengguna. Hasil penenlitian berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan blackbox dan whitebox, menyatakan sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian karyawan menggunakan metode MOORA mudah digunakan oleh karyawan. Kata kunci: Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Metode MOORA. PT DHL Supply Chain Indonesia, the need for good employees and service is considered important due to the huge potential for demand, with real and mature analysis and calculations, it is hoped that all employees can work well. The situation of PT DHL Supply Chain Indonesia which increasingly requires good service and employee performance has caused the company to take concrete steps, namely by evaluating employee performance. The purpose of this research is to build a webbased application to make it easier for companies to evaluate employees according to predetermined criteria. The method used in this study uses the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method so that calculations can be carried out automatically and in data storage using a MySQL database so that the data is stored properly. This system can be used by companies that have been registered as users. The results of the study, based on the results of testing using blackbox and whitebox, state that the employee appraisal decision support system using the MOORA method is easy to use by employees.
