Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of recruitment, selection, and placement of employes on the performance of employes in PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. The population used in this study were employes of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk of 265 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regresion analysis that aims to quantify the regression coefficient in order to demonstrate the influence of variabel recruitment, selection, and placement of employes on employee performance. While testing the hypothesis using a goodnes of fit test with F test and partial influence by t-test. Results of testing the goodness of fit test with F test shows that the independent variable recruitment, selection, and placement of employees simultanuously has significantly affect on performance of employees is 0,000 <0,05. And test results with a partial effect t test showed that the variables of recruitment has significance level of 0.020 < 0,05, the selection of variables has a significance level of 0.000 < 0,05,and variable placement of employees have a significance level of 0.006 < 0,05.Based on the result, concluded that partially recruitment, selection, and placement of employees has a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: recruitment, selection, staffing, employee performance. iv ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan posisi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk yang aktif bekerja pada tahun 2011-2015. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 265 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang bertujuan untuk menghitung besarnya koefisien regresi guna menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh variabel rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan posisi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian yang didapat berdasarkan Uji t diperoleh terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.020 < 0,05, variabel seleksi mempunyai tingkat signifikan 0.000 < 0,05, dan variabel penempatan posisi karyawan mempunyai tingkat signifikan 0.006 < 0,05. Kemudian berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji F) dapat diketahui nilai F hitung 15,954 > F tabel 2,640 dengan tingkat signifikan (0.000 < 0,05). Maka penulis berkesimpulan bahwa rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan posisi karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Rekrutmen, Seleksi, Penempatan dan Kinerja Karyawan
