Abstract
ABSTRAK Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu potensi dalam pengembangan sebuah asset yang berdampak pada suber penghasilan suatu kota ataupun daerah. Karenanya, bangsa yang memiliki keindahan alam dan keanekaragaman budaya memiliki nilai lebih dalam peningkatan sector pariwisata. Guna menunjang potensi tersebut dibutuhkan saran dan prasarana yang mendukung, penginapan seperti hotel dan wisata kuliner menjadi salah satu solusinya. Dengan penerapan konsep green building dan juga sistem hemat energi pada bangunannya. Penggunaan material lokal yang menjadi ciri utama bangunan serta pengambilan pola ornament dan bentuk massa bangunan yang berasal dari kultur kebudayaan setempat akan menjadi ciri kebudayaan pada bangunan. ABSTRACT The tourism sector is one of the potentials in the development of an asset that has an impact on the income subsindence of a city or region. Therefore, a nation beauty and cultural diversity has more value in increasing the tourism sector. In order to support this potential, it requires supportive advice and infrastructure, lodging such as hotels and culinary tours is one solution. With the application of the green building concept and energy saving systems in the building. The use of local materials which are the characteristic of the building and the taking of ornament patterns and building mass forms devired from local cultural culture will become feature of the building.
