Abstract
This Program aims to provide education and training to the deaf who is in DKI Jakarta with the theme "Good Looking Is A Good Branding". The goal of this activity is that the deaf person is still less aware of the importance of a professional image that someone must have if he will jump to the world of employment, the method by which the implementing activities are socialization, education and training. We have created this activity program by utilizing sponsors and funding assistance to carry out this activity. Program socialization about deaf culture conducted within 1 day while training on public relations is conducted within 2 days. Therefore, our activities program produces good effect to the public and the deaf, the material given during the training is in accordance with the knowledge that we have learned to be in college. From the results of this activity the deaf have shown considerable changes both from the aspect of confidence, how to communicate and how to dress, this can be seen from the participants Instagram posts, they have now used make up, Choose the dress that suits the theme of the event and dare to start communication. Self-confidence training and professional imagery are much in demand by the deaf for adding their knowledge. Keywords: confidence, professional image, deaf
