Abstract

In the Construction project of Tanah Tinggi II Bridge, there has been a delay, therefore it is necessary to evaluate the cause of the delay occurs, to conduct the evaluation is used precedence diagram method, this method is used because it is still one of the most efficient scheduling methods. This method can complement the shortcomings that are in the scheduling method used by the JTT-II project i.e. the curve-s method so that it can find the root of the problem of the project delay that has occurred. Before using the Precedence Diagram Method the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) method is required to identify the work done on the ground and will see the difference with the Bill of Quantity (BOQ). From the results of the analysis, it was found that the cause of the delay in this project was the addition of ground retaining wall work that entered the critical trajectory, using tool efficiency and acceleration of material arrival can be a solution to delays in this project by doing these two things and scheduling with MS. Project Professional 2013 projects can be completed 24 days earlier. Pada Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Tanah Tinggi II ini telah terjadi keterlambatan oleh karena itu perlu dilakukannnya evaluasi penyebab dari keterlambatan yang terjadi, untuk melakukan evaluasi tersebut digunakanlah metode PDM, metode ini digunakan karena masih merupakan salah satu metode penjadwalan yang paling efisien. Metode ini dapat melengkapi kekurangan yang dimiliki dalam metode penjadwalan yang digunakan oleh proyek JTT-II yaitu metode kurva-s sehingga dapat menemukan akar masalah dari keterlambatan proyek yang telah terjadi. Sebelum menggunakan metode PDM metode Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) diperlukan untuk melakukan identifikasi pekerjaan yang dilakukan dilapangan dan akan terlihat perbedaannya dengan Bill of Quantity (BOQ) atau Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Dari hasil analisa didapatkan bahwa penyebab keterlambatan pada proyek ini merupakan penambahan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah yang masuk dalam lintasan kritis, dengan menggunakan efisiensi alat dan percepatan kedatangan bahan dapat menjadi solusi keterlambatan pada proyek ini dengan dilakukannya dua hal tersebut dan melakukan penjadwalan dengan MS.Project Professional 2013 proyek dapat diselesaikan 24 hari lebih cepat. Kata kunci : Penjadwalan Proyek, Precedence Diagram Method (PDM), S-Curve, Waktu Pelaksanaa, dan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
