Abstract

Dalam proses melakukan mulai dari tahap pra-desain sampai dengan perencanaan, ada beberapa hal yang sangat menjadi perhatian yaitu, memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar dan juga budaya lokal setempat yang akan menjadi ciri khas pada bangunan villa & resort nantinya. Unsur lokal yang dibawa pada tahap mendesain yang memberikan kesan budaya setempat kepada pengunjung yang datang dari luar kota Yogyakarta yang ingin berlibur maupun beristirahat sejenak dari kesibukan lainnya. Material lokal menjadi kunci utama terjadinya konsep perencanaan pada bangun itu sendiri. Serta di tambah dengan lingkungan baik dalam bangunan site itu sendiri maupun yang diluar site bangunan. Villa dan resort ini sendiri tidak hanya sebagai karya arsitektur ataupun tempat peristirahatan saja, melainkan membawa dampak ekonomi yang positif bagi masyarakat sekitar. Dimana untuk sarapan pagi di resort ini di buat dari masyarakat dan di bawa ke hotel, yang tentunya ada beberapa macam makan lokal yang menjadi konsep dari villa dan resort pada dasarnya. http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id/ Laporan Tugas Akhir | Martinus Christian Maliety Program Studi Arsitektur | v ABSTRACT In the process of starting from the pre-design stage to planning, there are several things that are of great concern, namely, paying attention to the surrounding environment and also the local local culture which will become the hallmark of the villa & resort building later. Local elements are brought in at the design stage that give the impression of local culture to visitors who come from outside the city of Yogyakarta who want to take a vacation or take a break from other activities. Local materials are the main key to the planning concept of the building itself. And coupled with the environment both within the building site itself and outside the building site. These villas and resorts themselves are not only architectural works or resting places, but also have a positive economic impact on the surrounding community. Where for breakfast at this resort, it is made from the community and brought to the hotel, of course there are several kinds of local food which are the concept of villas and resorts basically
