Abstract
Along with the development of technological advances today it is very beneficial for us to find information that is so fast, precise and accurate. Nissa Florist has used Social Media information delivery media such as Facebook, Instagram and others because it is so simple that marketing and service are still not optimal.The problem that is often faced by bouquet is that every season - graduation school or college season, many customers want to order, but because the queue for purchasing bouquet has quite a lot of queues so that not all can be served well and also the problems contained in the product will be more varied which will make this bouquet like an item that is no longer in trend if there is no update.With the problems faced, it requires an information system that can expand the reach of marketing without having to take a lot of time and money. In connection with these conditions, to reduce the order queue that is too much during the graduation seasons requires a website-based information system that can be used to serve all customers well. Keywords: Information technology, online sales, Bouquet. Seiring dengan berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi sekarang ini sangat bermanfaat sekali bagi kita dalam mencari suatu informasi yang begitu cepat, tepat dan akurat.Nissa Florist sudah menggunakan media penyampaian informasi Sosial Media seperti Facebook, Instagram dan lainnya karena hal tersebut telalu sederhana sehingga untuk pemasaran dan pelayanan masih belum maksimal. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh Bouquetadalah pada setiap musim – musim kelulusan sekolah maupun kuliah, banyak pelanggan yang ingin memesan namun karena antrian pembelian bouquet mengalami antrian yang cukup banyak sehinggga tidak semua dapat terlayani dengan baik dan juga masalah yang terdapat pada produk yang akan semakin berfariasi yang akan membuat bouquet ini menjadi seperti barang yang sudah tidak trend lagi jika tidak ada pembaruan. Dengan masalah yang dihadapi maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasaran tanpa harus memakan banyak waktu dan biaya.Berkaitan dengan kondisi tersebut, untuk mengurangi antrian pemesanan yang terlalu banyak saat musim – musim kelulusan membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat digunakan untuk melayani seluruh pelanggan dengan baik.
