Abstract
In general, this study the performance of employees among at the Tzu Chi Cengkareng School of Love. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in the influence of organizational culture, work life balance on teachers performance. Determination of the number of samples is determined using the Slovin formula from a population of 143 obtained as many as 128 samples. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, work life balance has no significant effect on work motivation, work life balance has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, work motivation has no significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture and work life balance simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture, work life balance and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, work motivation does not significantly mediate organizational culture on teacher performance and work motivation does not significantly mediate work life balance on teacher performance. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Life Balance, Work Motivation, Teachers performance. Secara umum penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja karyawan pada Guru Sekolah Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran work motivation dalam pengaruh organizational culture, work life balance terhadap teachers performance. Penentuan jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dari populasi 143 didapatkan sebanyak 128 sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa organizational culture berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadp work motivation, organizational culture berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap teacher performance, work life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work motivation, work life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap teacher performance, work motivation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap teacher performance, organizational culture dan work life balance secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work motivation, organizational culture, work life balance dan work motivation secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap teacher performance, work motivation tidak signifikan memediasi organizational culture terhadap teacher performance dan work motivation tidak signifikan memediasi work life balance terhadap teacher performance.
