Abstract

As the development of information technology advances today, makes human life easier in carrying out daily activities. The internet is one example of information technology that provides many facilities and convenience in completing work. The School of Tunas Betawi Football Club is a non-academic educational organization engaged in soccer. A web-based academic information system is needed because filing activities or data recording services and assessment of student training are still done manually, and also the dissemination of information about this school is still very minimal. The problem analysis method used in this study is the SWOT method (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats) and for methods of data collection carried out observation, interviews, literature, and questionnaire. The design method used in this study is the prototype method. The purpose of this study is to disseminate information, see the development of student values, and facilitate admin staff in managing the data and information needed. The results of this study are the design of the academic information system of a web-based football school at the Tunas Betawi Football Club Football Club. Keywords-SWOT, Prototype, Football School, Academic Information System, Website Seiring berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini, membuat hidup manusia menjadi lebih mudah dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari. Internet adalah salah satu contoh teknologi informasi yang banyak memberikan fasilitas dan kemudahan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Sekolah Sepak Bola Tunas Betawi Football Club adalah sebuah organisasi pendidikan non akademik yang bergerak di bidang olahraga sepak bola. Dibutuhkan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web karena kegiatan pemberkasan atau pencatatan data pelayanan dan penilaian pelatihan siswa masih dilakukan secara manual, dan juga penyebaran informasi mengenai sekolah ini masih sangat minim. Metode analisa masalah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threats) dan untuk metode pengumpulan data dilakukan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Metode perancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototype. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk penyebaran informasi, melihat perkembangan nilai siswa, serta memudahkan staff admin dalam mengelola data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi akademik sekolah sepak bola berbasis web pada Sekolah Sepak Bola Tunas Betawi Football Club.
