Abstract

PT Media Sinema Progresif menyadari arti pentingnya keberadaan komunikasi organisasi, karena komunikasi organisasi berperan dalam meningkatkan potensi diri pegawai. Oleh karena itu PT Media Sinema Progresif selalu berupaya agar komunikasi organisasi di perusahaan ini selalu terjalin dengan baik dan lancar. Karena pembentukan komunikasi organisasi yang baik dipandang oleh PT Media Sinema Progresif sebagai upaya untuk memberikan kepuasan kerja pegawainya sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja dan potensi diri karyawan, terutama dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT Media Sinema Progresif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi berperan dalam meningkatkan potensi diri karyawan PT Media Sinema Progresif. Therefore PT Media Sinema Progresif always tries to ensure that organizational communication in this company is always well and smoothly established. Because the establishment of good organizational communication is seen by PT Media Sinema progresif as an effort to provide employees with job satisfaction so as to increase employee morale and employee potential, especially in carrying out basic tasks. This type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The method used is a method of in-depth interviews conducted with employees of PT Media Sinema Progresif. Based on the results of the study indicate that organizational communication plays a role in increasing the self potential of PT Media Sinema Progresif employees.
