Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Teknologi system rekomendasi merupakan aspek penting bagi sebuah aplikasi pemesanan dan pengguna aplikasi pemesanan itu sendiri karena kemampuannya untuk memberikan rekomendasi menu bagi pelanggan. Hal ini dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam memilih menu yang paling banyak dipesan dan paling banyak disukai pelanggan lain. Sehingga pelanggan memilih menu dapat lebih efektif dalam menentukan menu yang diinginkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem rekomendasi pada pemilihan menu dengan metode yang digunakan adalah collaborative filtering. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah dapat menyediakan rekomendasi daftar menu restoran berdasarkan rating, sehingga pelanggan dapat memilih dan mengambil keputusan untuk memilih menu yang sesuai. Dengan demikian sistem rekomendasi yang akan dibangun menggunakan pendekatan item-based collaborative filtering. Dengan adanya sitem rekomendasi, restoran berupaya untuk memberikan informasi pilahan menu yang lebih mudah kepada pelanggan untuk memilih menu yang sedang dicari maupun yang direkomendasikan oleh sistem. Kata Kunci: sistem rekomendasi, collaborative filtering, codeigniter, black box testing ABSTRACT Recommendation system technology is an important aspect for a customer application and user of the application itself because of its ability to provide menu recommendations for customers. This can make it easier for customers to choose the most ordered menu and the most preferred by other customers. So customers choose the menu can be more effective in determining the menu he wants. This study aims to implement the recommendation system on menu selection with the method used is collaborative filtering. The result of the research is to provide recommendation of restaurant menu list based on rating, so that customers can choose and make decision to choose the appropriate menu. Thus the recommendation system will be built using an item-based collaborative filtering approach. With the recommendation system, the restaurant attempts to provide customers with an easier menu information to select the menu that is being searched or recommended by the system.
