Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, liquidity, debt to equity ratio and return on assets on price to book value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sample selection used in this study used the purposive sample method and obtained 7 companies as samples. Research data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used is the panel data regression method with the selected test is the common effect model. Partially shows that the liquidity variable has no effect while the dividend policy variables, debt to equity ratio and return on assets have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords: firm value, liquidity, debt to equity ratio, and return on asset Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan dividen, likuiditas, debt to equity ratio dan return on asset terhadap price to book value pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel purposive dan diperoleh 7 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi data panel dengan pengujian yang dipilih adalah model common effect. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel likuiditas tidak berpengaruh sedangkan variable kebijakan dividen, debt to equity ratio dan return on asset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
