Abstract
ABSTRAK PT.X adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang industri plastic packaging. Dimana produk yaang dihasilkan berupa botol oli, kemasan kimia, jerican minyak sayur, dan cosmetic. Dalam usaha mendukung kebijakan mutu khususnya dibagian produksi, yaitu setelah dilakukan breakdown. Berdasarkan pareto diagram maka dapat dilihat dimana jumlah cacat produk botol AHM 800 mL adalah 0.788% dimana jumlah tersebut masih melebihi standar perusahaan yaitu 0.4 %. Oleh karena itu maka dilakukan perbaikan dengan menerapkan metode QCC dengan 8 langkahnya, setelah dilakukannya perbaikan kurang lebih dalam waktu 1 bulan maka didapatkann hasil yang memuaskan. Dimana cacat produk botol AHM 800 mL jumlahnya turun menjadi 0,383 % dimana ini sudah dapat memenuhi target dari perusahaan. Diharapkan capaian ini dapat terjaga konsistensinya dengan memperhatikan standarisasi yang telah dibuat. Kata kunci : QCC, cacat produk ABSTRACT PT.X is a manufacturing company engaged in the plastic packaging industry. Where yaang products produced in the form of oil bottles, chemical packaging, jerican vegetable oil, and cosmetic. In an effort to support the quality policy especially in the production section, that is after the breakdown. Based on the pareto diagram it can be seen that the number of defects of AHM bottle product 800 mL is 0.788% which the amount still exceeds the company standard is 0.4%. Therefore, the improvement is done by applying the QCC method with 8 steps, after doing the improvement more or less within 1 month then got the satisfactory result. Where defects AHM bottle product 800 mL amount decreased to 0.383% which is already able to meet the target of the company. It is expected that this achievement can be maintained consistent with attention to the standardization that has been made. Keyword : QCC, product reject
