Abstract

This study aims to test the empowerment of an employee in understanding market desires, technological changes, and the increasingly widespread demand these days in the distribution of goods. Variable in this analysis with the independent variable psychological empowerment and the dependent variable learning agility. This study took a non-random sample of distributor companies in Jakarta, inclusion of samples taken based on criteria the researchers wanted for research purposes. Premier and secondary data is given to the existing population namely Sales & After Sales Service without coercion and in this study each question given to respondents was in the form of multiple choices and respondents were not given the opportunity to issue opinions. The technique used in hypothesis testing uses Spearman-Rank. The results of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between psychological empowerment and learning agility. This means that the higher the psychological empowerment, the higher the learning agility. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keberdayaan seorang karyawan dalam memahami keinginan pasar, perubahan teknologi, permintaan yang makin marak hari-hari ini dalam pendistribusian suatu barang. Variable dalam Analisa ini dengan variable independent keberdayaan psikologi dan variable dependen learning agility. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel tidak acak pada perusahaan distributor di Jakarta, secara inklusi sample diambil berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan peneliti untuk kepentingan penelitian. Data premier dan sekunder diberikan kepada populasi yang ada yaitu Sales & After Sales Service tanpa paksaan dan pada penelitian ini setiap pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada responden sudah dalam bentuk pilhan ganda dan responden tidak diberi kesempatan mengeluarkan pendapat. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Spearman-Rank. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya suatu hubungan positif signifikan antara keberdayaan psikologi dengan learning agility. Artinya semakin tinggi keberdayaan psikologi maka semakin tinggi learning agility-nya.
