Abstract

ABSTRAK PT.IND merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi mi instan. Dalam memproduksi mi instan terdapat pemborosan yang teridentifikasi menggunakan value stream mapping dengan alat : PAM, Current Stream Mapping. Pemborosan tersebut adalah pemborosan aktifitas Non Value Added.Metode penelitian yang digunakan pertama-tama menggunakan current stream mapping yang menggambarkan aliran material dan aliran informasi bertujuan melihat proses aktifitas yang value added dan non value added. Dan dilakukan perbandingan aktifitas sebelum perbaikan dan sesudah perbaikan aktifitas Berdasarkan Current Stream Mappingyang telah dibuat, teridentifikasi pemborosan pada kondisi aktual diberi simbol kaizen pada stasiun kerja sebagai tanda yang akan dilakukan perbaikan.Selanjutnya dilakukan pembuatan Future Stream Mapping bertujuan untuk mengurangi Non Value Added aktifitas.Area yang diteliti terbagi kedalam 8 stasiun kerja. Curren Stream Mapping Value Added 1.940 detik dan Non Value Added 13.620 detik Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan menggunakan Future Stream MappingValue Added sebesar 5.085 detik dan Non Value Added sebesar 3.600 detik dan 32 total aktifitas. Kata Kunci : VSM,Lean Manufacturing,Process Activity Mapping,Waste,Future Stream Mapping. ABSTRACT PT. IND is a manufacturing company that produces instant noodles. In producing instant noodles contained waste identified using value stream mapping tool: PAM, Current Stream Mapping. Such extravagance is wasteful activities that provide no value to the product. The research method used first of all using the current stream mapping that describes the flow of material and information flow process activities which aim to value added and non-value added. And do a comparison of activities before and after the repair repair activities based on Current Stream Mapping has been made, the actual conditions of waste identified are given the symbol kaizen at work stations as a sign that will carried out repairs. Furthermore carried out making Future Stream Mapping aims to reduce Non Value Added activity. The areas examined are divided into 8 work stations. Curren Stream Mapping Value Added 1,940 seconds and Non Value Added 13,620 seconds after the repair is done by using Future Stream Mapping Value Added of 5,085 seconds and Non Value Added amounted to 3,600 seconds and 32 total activities.
