Abstract

Judul: Analisis Optimasi Penggunaan Shear Wall Terhadap Simpang Struktur Gedung Akibat Gempa (Studi Kasus: Rafa Tower Life Style & Office Tanah Abang – Jakarta), Nama: Faishal Zaid Rizqullah, NIM: 41118320043, Dosen Pembimbing Agyanata Tua Munthe, S.T., M.T., 2020. Bangunan tempat tinggal maupun bangunan pencakar langit dapat mengalami kerusakan akibat terjadinya gempa. Kondisi ini menyebabkan sistem struktur yang dibangun di Indonesia harus mengikuti kaidah bangunan tahan gempa sehingga saat terjadi gempa struktur dapat meredam dan menahan gempa terhadap struktur bangunan serta melindungi penghuninya dari resiko bahaya gempa. Dengan menggunakan struktur shearwall, gedung dapatmemiliki kekuatan dan kekakuan yang lebih dibanding gedung yang tidak didesain menggunakan shearwall, hal tersebut yang dapat berdampak pada simpangan struktur. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan dari perhitungan berbagai model penempatan struktur bangunan shear wall pada model struktur eksisting bangunan dapat menyerap gaya gempa sebesar 99.7216% arah X dan 99.7403% arah Y. Pada permodelan struktur bangunan model 1 dapat menyerap gaya gempa sebesar 99.8061% arah X dan 99.9173% arah Y. Dan pada permodelan struktur bangunan model 1 dapat menyerap gaya gempa sebesar 99.8060% arah X dan 99.8515% arah Y. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa hasil analisis posisi dinding geser pada model yang memiliki nilai simpang dan puntir yang paling kecil adalah Model 1 dikarenakan memiliki nilai gaya geser paling kecil dari ketiga model perletakan dinding geser. Residential buildings and skyscrapers can suffer damage due to earthquakes. This condition causes the structural system built in Indonesia to follow the rules of earthquake resistant buildings so that when an earthquake occurs the structure can reduce and resist earthquakes against the building structure and protect its occupants from the risk of earthquake hazards. By using a shearwall structure, a building can have more strength and stiffness than a building that is not designed using shearwall, this can have an impact on structural deviations. Based on the results of comparisons from the calculation of various models for the placement of shear wall structures on the existing structure model, the building can absorb the earthquake force of 99.7216% in the X direction and 99.7403% in the Y direction.In the model building structure model 1 can absorb the earthquake force of 99.8061% in the X direction and 99.9173% Y direction.
