Abstract

Perencanaan dan pembangunan kontruksi bangunan gedung bertingkat di Indonesia dengan beton bertulang terus mengalami peningkatan pesat. Seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk, kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal yang terjangkau menjadi masalah serius. Jumlah lahan yang semakin sedikit mengakibatkan lahan yang ada harus dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan membuat hunian vertikal. PP Urban dengan salah satu produknya Urbantown Karawang menyediakan alternatif hunian vertikal terjangkau di Kabupaten Karawang. Tower D, sebagai salah satu tower di kawasan Urbantown Karawang, direncanakan menggunakan 2 sistem struktur yaitu sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus untuk tower arah X dan sistem ganda untuk tower arah Y. Untuk tugas akhir ini membahas perencanaan struktur atas gedung, mulai dari start pengambilan dimensi, pengecekan kinerja struktur gedung terhadap gempa dan pendetailan elemen beton. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan studi literatur dan data project berupa data tanah, spesifikasi produk dan gambar arsitek. Perhitungan dilakukan berdasarkan beberapa peraturan seperti SNI 1726 : 2012, SNI 2847 : 2013, SNI 1727 : 2013 dan PPIUG 1983 dan tentu data project itu sendiri. Untuk analisa struktur dibantu dengan perangkat lunak ETABS. Dari hasil perhitungan dan SNI 1726 : 2012 diketahui bahwa tower D merupakan gedung dengan kategori ketidakberaturan horizontal tipe 1a, sehingga gaya gempa struktur harus menggunakan beban gempa berdasarkan anlisis dinamik respons spektrum dan adanya amplifikasi faktor skala akibat pembesaran momen torsi tak terduga. For structural analysis assisted by ETABS software. From the results of calculations and SNI 1726: 2012 it is known that tower D is a building with the horizontal irregularity category type 1a, so the seismic force of the structure must use earthquake loads based on dynamic analysis of the response spectrum and the amplification of the scale factor due to the enlargement of the unexpected torque moment.
