Abstract
Perubahan fungsi ruang pada sebuah gedung akan menyebabkan perubahan kapasitas daya dukung struktur beton itu sendiri. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi konstruksi bangunan gedung yang semakin pesat metode perkuatan struktur beton menggunakan campuran beton baru kini dapat dimodifikasi antara lain dengan beton pracetak atau baja, pemasangan wiremesh reinforcement, serta metode jacketing dengan FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer). Dalam perkuatan strtuktur menggunakan concrete jacketing maupun CFRP, biaya merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan. Di dalam tugas akhir ini membahas biaya pekerjaan perkuatan struktur kedua metode untuk dianalisis harga satuan pelaksanaannya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya pekerjaan pelaksanaan perkuatan per m2. Dari analisis data dan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa variabel indikator informasi pemesanan bahan material dan teknologi yang tertinggal merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi dalam pemilihan metode perkuatan struktur yang efektif. Dan harga satuan pekerjaan perkuatan struktur balok per satuan meter persegi adalah sebesar Rp 1.998.181,- menggunakan CFRP; sedangkan dengan menggunakan concrete jacketing adalah sebesar Rp 2.095.060,- per satuan m2. Along with the development of building construction technology, the method of strengthening concrete structures using new concrete mixtures can now be modified, including precast concrete or steel, installation of wire mesh reinforcement, and the jacketing method with FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer). In structural strengthening using concrete jacketing or CFRP, cost is something that must be considered. In this final project discusses the cost of structural strengthening work of the two methods to analyze the unit price of its implementation. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis which aims to determine the cost of the retrofit work per m2. From the data analysis and calculations that have been carried out, it is found that the indicator variables of information on ordering materials and technology that are left behind are the most influencing factors in the selection of an effective structural reinforcement method. And the unit price per unit square meter is IDR 1.998.181, - using CFRP; while using concrete jacketing is IDR 2.095.060 per m2 unit.
