Abstract
Judul: Analisa Perbandingan Biaya dan Waktu Saluran Pembuang Dengan Metodde Pengecoran Cor In-Situ, Sheet Pile dan Soldier Pile Pada Proyek Bendungan Ciawi, NIM: 41117120059, Dosen Pembimbing: Irriene Indah Susanti, S.T., M.T Tahun 2020. Ada beberapa metode yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek salah satunya adalah metode cor in situ/konvensional yang mana dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan di lokasi proyek. Terdapat juga metode Sheet pile yaitu proses produksi dilakukan ditempat produksi sheet pile, kemudian dibawa ke lokasi proyek untuk disusun menjadi satu kesatuan struktur yang utuh. Terdapat juga metode Soldier pile yang mana dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan di lokasi proyek. dalam tugas akhir ini, data analisa yang diperlukan untuk perbandingan tiga metode ini adalah data sekunder. Data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari pihak pelaksana pekerjaan yaitu berupa RAB, time schedule, gambar pelaksanaan. Pada tugas akhir ini direncanakan alternatif desain dengan cara perbandingan analisa biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan. Dengan analisis perbandingan metode Cor in situ, dan Sheet Pile dan Soldier Pile didapatkan hasil metode cor in situ membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan selama 89 hari dengan biaya Rp 24,363,845,462.75, metode sheet pile membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan selama 47 Hari dengan biaya Rp. 13,412,932,091.22 dan metode Soldier Pile membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan selama 58 Hari dengan biaya Rp. 19,632,444,148.59 Kata kunci: Analisa biaya, Analisa Waktu, Cor in situ, sheet pile, soldier pile Title: Comparative Analysis of Sewerage Cost and Time with In-Situ Casting, Sheet Pile and Soldier Pile Methods at the Ciawi Dam Project, NIM: 41117120059, Advisor: Irriene Indah Susanti, S.T., M.T Year 2020. There are several methods used in project implementation, one of which is the conventional method in which the implementation is carried out at the project site. There is also the Sheet pile method, where the production process is carried out at the sheet pile production site, then taken to the project site to be arranged into a single, unified structure. Location is also the Soldier pile method which in its implementation is carried out at the project site. In this final project, the data analysis needed to compare the three methods is secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained from the executor of the work, namely in the form of RAB, time schedule, and drawings of the implementation. In this final project, the design is planned by means of cost analysis and implementation comparison.
